WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED?
I collect and store the information you provide to me. As a minimum, you can expect this will include your name and contact details (phone number, email address, street address, postal address). It may also include details about you and your business that you disclose.
I may visit your company website (if you have one) and access and store copies of information about you and your business that is publicly available (such as advertisements, brochures, annual reports, news clippings).
HOW IS THE INFORMATION USED?
The information you provide is only used for the purpose for which you have provided it.
For example, if I am completing a writing, editing or proofreading task for you and you provide me with information about your business, that information will be used to allow me to complete my work. If you subscribe to my blog and provide me with your email address you’ll receive an email each time my blog is updated.
HOW IS THE INFORMATION PROTECTED?
I do not sell or trade your information.
I do not offer your information to a third party unless that third party is involved in a service I am providing to you and that party agrees to maintain your confidentiality.
You can check the information that I hold by emailing gina-at-thewordshop.com.au. You can ask for that information to be amended or deleted. You can also ask to unsubscribe from my blog.
