It’s very easy to work with me.

Step 1

You simply need to contact me by telephone or email and tell me a little bit about who you are and what it is you’d like to achieve. Of course, if you’re working to a fixed deadline, it’s best to let me know what that deadline is.

Step 2

I’ll contact you. Depending on the complexity of your project, I’ll either clarify your requirements by asking you some questions, or if it’s something that’s quite straightforward, I’ll get on with the task of preparing and emailing you a written copywriting, editing or proofreading quotation.

The document I send you will confirm what you are asking of me and outline my estimated fee and timeline for delivery of the work, as well as my trading terms.

I will then leave you to consider your next step.

Step 3

If you decide to engage me (and I hope you will), I’ll confirm the deadline we’re working towards along with the delivery milestones. I always start work as soon as possible.

Step 4

I’ll complete any required research including asking any further questions I may have for you or any ‘experts’. Anything you disclose to me will be kept confidential; your privacy is assured.

Step 5

I’ll undertake the writing, editing or proofreading task as requested.

I’ll email my work to you to review as milestones are reached. I’ll ask questions of you along the way if I need to. I’ll also seek your feedback on my work and incorporate your thoughts and ideas.

The end result will be one happy customer (that’s you) who’s in possession of one outstanding piece (or perhaps many pieces) of communication.
